An actual conversation that I had with my five-year old daughter this evening.
* * *
Tessa: Dad, can we ride in a limo some day?
Kevin: I’m sure we will.
Tessa: Some kids I know think that limos are a myth.
Kevin: They do? Why?
Tessa: They have never seen a limo.
Kevin: Did you know that some adults believe God is a myth?
Kevin: They have never seen God.
Tessa: Some adults aren’t any smarter than kindergarten kids are they?
Kevin: I couldn’t have said it any better myself, darling.
